Qualifying Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations can be made by email or phone. After 24 hours, orders may be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of your order is returned, a partial refund may be issued. This is determined based on the condition of the returned items and at the discretion of Harmone L.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used Wellness Products.
- Gift cards.
- Products marked as final sale.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
